  1. i can't find ingredient labels anywhere. I have gluten allergy and i am also looking for msg free seansonings.

  2. I have the Corned beef cure but I need help curing a 6.5 lb bottom round roast. I need measurements for the cure to water and pickling spice combination.

    1. randy, use 7teaspoons cure#1 per gallon of bottled water in a non metallic container.set in ref at 34 to39 deg. 3 days. rinse lightly under running water prior to smoking or consumption.

  3. This will be my first time making sausage, I know about the pork butt aka shoulder to buy but can i use bacon for xtra fat... thank you so much
